Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. Orders ship Monday–Wednesday from our New York facility and typically arrive in 2–3 business days.

I received a damaged bottle

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

How do wine upgrades work?

When you purchase an offer, you pay a fixed entry price per bottle. Every bottle you receive is guaranteed to be worth at least what you paid — most are worth significantly more. Learn more

What states do you ship to?

We ship to 44 U.S. states plus DC. Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, or Utah. Full shipping policy
