30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every bottle we sell. If you are not satisfied with your wine for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the bottle or issue a full refund for it—no questions asked. Please email support@cellarcollectiveco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Bottles

If your order arrives with broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged bottles, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

How the Upgrade Model Affects Returns

Because our wine upgrade model assigns bottles randomly from our curated pool, the specific wine you receive may differ from what is shown in the pool listing. Every bottle is guaranteed to have a retail value at or above the entry price you paid. Receiving a different bottle than expected is not grounds for a return, though our satisfaction guarantee still applies if you are not happy with the wine itself.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process described above.

Alcohol Return Restrictions

Due to state and federal alcohol-shipping regulations, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened wine bottles. For unopened bottles, we may issue a prepaid return label on a case-by-case basis where permitted by law. In most situations, we will issue a refund or send a replacement without requiring you to return the original bottle.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
