Age Verification Requirement
All orders from Cellar Collective contain alcoholic beverages. An adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for every delivery. The carrier will request valid government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery. If no eligible adult is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery according to their standard procedures. Cellar Collective is not responsible for delays caused by missed delivery attempts.
Where We Ship
We currently ship wine to 44 U.S. states plus the District of Columbia. Due to state alcohol-shipping regulations, we are unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Utah. If you place an order from a restricted state, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Shipping laws change periodically; please contact us at hello@cellarcollectiveco.com if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location.
Shipping Origin and Handling
All wines ship from our climate-controlled warehouse in New York. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure packages are not sitting in transit facilities over the weekend, where they may be exposed to temperature extremes. Orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following Monday.
Delivery Times
Standard ground delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, and carrier conditions. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
- Orders of 12 or more bottles: Flat-rate shipping.
- Orders of fewer than 12 bottles: Shipping carrier rate applies and is calculated at checkout.
All shipping rates are displayed before you complete your purchase. Cellar Collective does not ship internationally at this time.
Temperature and Quality
We take wine storage and shipping seriously. All inventory is stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled facility. During warmer months, we may use insulated packaging or cold packs to protect your wine in transit. If you have concerns about weather conditions in your area, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the best shipping window.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with broken bottles, please contact us at support@cellarcollectiveco.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for affected bottles.
