About Rhône Valley

The Rhône Valley is France's second-largest wine region, stretching from Lyon to Avignon. The Northern Rhône produces some of the world's finest Syrah—structured, aromatic wines from steep granite slopes. The Southern Rhône, dominated by Châteauneuf-du-Pape, excels in warm-climate blends featuring Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. The region offers tremendous diversity and value, from everyday Côtes du Rhône to the legendary wines of Hermitage and Côte-Rôtie.
